Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
We can only accept returns if:
- The item you received is damaged.
- You received the wrong size or incorrect item.
- The item is defective.
Please ensure that your return meets these conditions, as we cannot process returns for other reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized items are considered final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once the order has been placed.
Return Process
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Reach out to your bank, as there may be some processing time involved.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@huntgearshop.com.
