Refund and Returns Policy

At megahuntshop.com, we want every hunter and outdoor enthusiast to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hunting tools, hunting clothing, or accessories, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.


eligibility for returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The hunting tool or clothing item you received is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong size of hunting clothing

  • An incorrect product (different from your order) was sent

📌 Please note: Returns cannot be processed for other reasons such as change of mind after use.


non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized gear (e.g., engraved knives, custom apparel)

  • Used hunting tools (for safety and compliance reasons)

  • Worn hunting clothing that shows signs of use


return process

  1. Contact us at support@megahuntshop.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the item back to us at the address listed below.

    • Do not send your items directly to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.


late or missing refunds

If your refund has not arrived:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — refunds may take a few days to post.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing delays are sometimes possible.

order cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.

  • To cancel or change your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once shipping and handling has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.


damages & issues

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your hunting tools, hunting clothing, or accessories are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
